Peter joins our team of Mentors at Dan Floros International following more than twenty years experience in project, program and change management initiatives with blue chip Australian companies.
He is passionate about the business change process that occurs via programs which include strategic alignment, technology streamlining, process redesign and behavioural change.
Peter applies our mentoring insights around a core belief in people, and their ability to deliver outstanding results in any given situation.
He is best known for involving himself in turn around situations where others shy away. He is a true change agent wanting to improve and enhance any given situation.
In line with the overall approach taken at Dan Floros International, Peter is known for courageously calling out the issues that others are not prepared to highlight, clearly articulating the impacts, potential solutions with clear recommendations. He then takes action and builds a momentum of success.
Prior to joining Dan Floros International, Peter operated his own consultancy, working with a number of key leadership team members including, the CIO, CFO or CEO of MLC, the National Australia Bank, and Westpac Banking.
