Dan Floros
Dan Floros was born in Sydney in 1967. He was educated at the Universities of Sydney and New South Wales. He holds various qualifications from these institutions, including a Science Degree with a double major in Pure & Applied Chemistry, a Diploma in Business, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Australian Graduate School of Management.
In 1985 (aged 17 years), following his studies at Sydney Boys High, he established Quantum Education Australia aimed at preparing Year 11 & 12 Higher School Certificate students in the disciplines of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
At the turn of the millennium he was invited to work with some of the largest energy corporations in the Arabic Gulf & Europe, mentoring middle to upper level executives with the core attributes of leadership and business strategy in this highly competitive market.
As a result of these overseas collaborations, Dan Floros International was formed for the sole purpose of mentoring small to medium sized business leaders so that they may reach their objectives faster than they ever thought possible by establishing clarity, focus & simplicity on what really matters.
He has recently established the Adelphia Foundation. Through this foundation, thought leaders and business executives, supported by corporate sponsors, donate their knowledge and time in the guidance of underprivileged youths (16 22 yrs of age) towards brighter and more rewarding futures.
Together with his team of global mentors, Dan Floros is passionate about mentoring today¹s as well as tomorrow¹s organisational leaders so that they themselves may make meaningful contributions to their families, enterprises, communities, and the World as a whole.
