In her capacity as President of the Business Women Consortium Angelica has overseen the implementation of social development programs specifically designed to assist women in developing communities to escape the poverty trap. Since its launch in February 2010 the Consortium has been active in the Philippines, China and Cambodia, with plans to expand into other South-East Asian nations.
